🧲 How Do the Interchangeable Magnetic Ears Work?

The magnetic ear system makes switching designs fun and easy!

Each ear is designed with magnet openings that accommodate 6 mm × 3 mm magnets.

Magnet Installation

1. Print your Fuzzy Buddy Magnetic Ears.

2. Print the included magnet applicators. (Not my design, just sharing)

3. Use the positive (+) applicator for the ear magnet openings.

4. Use the negative (–) applicator for the compatible headband magnet openings.

5. Test magnet orientation and alignment before securing magnets with a tiny dot of suitable adhesive. (Optional)  Allow the adhesive to cure completely before using your ears. 

Important: Always double-check magnet polarity before gluing! Incorrect magnet orientation can prevent your ears from attaching properly.

For the best fit, avoid resizing the models, as resizing can change the dimensions of the magnet openings.

💜 Compatible Magnetic Headband

The designs can be swapped with any of the the Once Upon a Print Interchangeable Magnetic Ears

• Magnetic headband-PETG is recommended for printing the headband because of its flexibility and durability.

Magnets are NOT included with this digital download.
