Step into the darker side of the galaxy with the KYLO Interchangeable Magnetic Ears! ❤️✨

This design features my chibi-inspired KYLO artwork transformed into a dimensional magnetic ear set. With his dramatic hood, detailed masked face, layered armor, and iconic-style crossguard saber, this design brings a bold addition to the Intergalactic Forces Collection.

Each element was carefully simplified and CAD modeled with 3D printing in mind so that the small helmet details, saber, and layered features remain recognizable and print cleanly.

🧲 Interchangeable Magnetic Ear System

These ears are designed to work with the Interchangeable Magnetic Ear Headband System, allowing you to use one headband and simply swap your ears whenever you're ready for a new look.

The system uses 6 mm × 3 mm magnets to securely connect the ears to the headband while still allowing them to be easily removed and changed.

Magnets are not included.

The headband and magnet applicator files were generously provided free by their original designer. They are not my designs and are included at no additional charge for convenience.

🤍 Jade White – Bambu Lab PLA Basic
🩶 Silver – Bambu Lab PLA
❤️ Maroon Red – Bambu Lab PLA Basic

The combination of Titanium Gray Silk, Silver, and Jade White adds dimension to the mask and armor, while the Maroon Red gives the crossguard saber a deeper, dramatic finish against the black.

I do not use AI to create the actual 3D-printable products. I developed the sketches and then CAD modeled this CHIBI design.  Afterwards, I tested, printed, and tweaked to achieve the dimensional layered effect you see in the finished product.

Each component is designed with multicolor 3D printing in mind.
