Designed as part of my Interchangeable Magnetic Ears Collection, these ears allow you to print one compatible magnetic headband and easily swap your ear designs whenever you're ready for a different look.

These designs are CAD modeled by me in Fusion 360. I do not use AI to create the actual 3D-printable products. Each design takes time to develop, layer, test, and tweak so the finished print has the dimensional layered effect you see in my examples.

✨ Interchangeable Magnetic Ear System

Each ear is designed to use 6 mm × 3 mm magnets for easy swapping. Simply print your compatible headband and magnetic ears, install the magnets, and change your designs whenever you want!  Use my AMAZON LINK and it will help you out.  (I'm not affiliated with making money through Amazon)

My Tips for the Magnetic Headband & Ears

• A + and – magnet applicator is provided with the download to help keep your magnet polarity consistent.
• I print the magnet applicators in PETG.
• I also print the headband in PETG for added flexibility and durability.
• I use the + applicator with the magnet loaded when inserting magnets into the ear magnet holes.
• I use the – applicator with the magnet loaded when inserting magnets into the headband holes.
• Be careful resizing the headband or ears. Scaling the models can distort the magnet holes and make the 6 × 3 mm magnets difficult or impossible to insert correctly.
• I am also including the headband and magnet applicators for convenience. You are not being charged for these files. They are not my original designs and are provided free by their original creator.
