Bring a little mystery, mischief, and bayou magic to your interchangeable ear collection with the Shadow Man Interchangeable Magnetic Ears! 💜💚🖤

Part of my Bayou Magic Collection, this set features my chibi-style Shadow Man design, inspired by the mysterious magician from a beloved bayou fairytale. His signature tall hat, dramatic expression, rich purple and red details, and shadowy styling create a fun villain-inspired look with plenty of personality.

The dimensional layers and bold outlines were designed specifically with 3D printing in mind, giving the finished ears depth and definition while keeping that cute chibi appearance.

Designed as part of my Interchangeable Magnetic Ears Collection, these ears allow you to print one compatible magnetic headband and easily swap your ear designs whenever you're ready for a completely different look.

I do not use AI to create the actual 3D-printable products. I develop and CAD model my designs, creating the individual layers and details and making adjustments so they work as an actual 3D print. You will see the dimensional layered effect throughout the finished design. These take time to develop, test, print, and tweak to get everything just right. 💜

✨ Interchangeable Magnetic Ear System

Each ear is designed to use 6 mm × 3 mm magnets for easy swapping. Simply print your compatible headband and magnetic ears, install the magnets, and change your designs whenever you're ready for another look!

I have also included the magnet applicator and compatible headband files I use at no additional charge. These are free files from their original designer and are not designs I created.

Magnets are not included with this download.

🧲 Key Tips I Use for Magnetic Headband Ears

• The ears and headband are designed for 6 mm × 3 mm magnets.
• I print my headband in PETG for added flexibility and durability.
• I also print the provided + and – magnet applicators in PETG.
• I use the + applicator for the magnets installed in the ear pieces.
• I use the – applicator for the magnets installed in the headband.
• Be careful resizing the headband or ears. Changing the overall size also changes the magnet openings and can prevent the magnets from fitting correctly.
• For my headbands, I have had great results using X-Y Hole Compensation of +0.10 mm in Bambu Studio to make inserting my 6 × 3 mm magnets easier.
• The compatible headband and magnet applicator files are included for convenience. You are not being charged for these files. They are not my designs and are free files from their original creator.
