You’ll find plenty of headband ear designs out there, but many rely heavily on AI-generated artwork. I personally take the extra time to layer my designs, giving the finished ears more dimension, detail, and that beautiful raised 3D look.

A few of my earlier designs—Rootin’ Tootin’ Cowboy & Cowgirl, Buzz, and Goofy—were created with a flatter style and will eventually be updated. They’re still great designs if you prefer a smooth, flat look!

My newer designs are different. I spent hours individually layering the Pumpkin and Ghost ears, and the Arendelle Collection features that same high-quality, dimensional layered style. I also design my ears with a thicker, sturdier construction to help prevent breaking.

I put the extra design time into them because I want the finished print to feel different from the typical headband ears you see everywhere else.

Key Tips that I do for the Magnetic Headband Ears: 

• Use the following + and - magnet applicator is provided with download. It is useful to have one of these on hand.  I print the applicator in PET G.  
• I apply + applicator (magnet loaded) to the ear magnet holes.
• I apply - applicator (magnet loaded) to the headband holes. 
• Caution making any changes to Headband.  The holes will print squished if you make changes to the size.  This won't allow the magnet to go in holes easily for the headband.   
• I'm attaching the Headband and Applicator in case you can't find them.  You are not paying for them. They are not my designs and free by the creator.

🎨 Filament Colors Used in This Design

This design uses multiple filament colors and can be printed with an AMS. The colors can easily be reassigned to less colors in Bambu Studio, so feel free to customize the design using any colors you prefer!
