Key Tips that I do: 

• Use the following + and - magnet applicator (I'm attaching - Not my design. Free on Makerworld but can't find the creator.  I like these the best. Works great.  Print in PET G)
• I apply + applicator (magnet loaded) to the ear magnet holes.
• I apply - applicator (magnet loaded) to the headband holes. 
• Headband LINK - Holes print squished at times and won't allow the magnet to go in holes easily for the headband.  I've adjusted my printer settings as follows.  I have a 0.4 nozzle.  Click on headband / click on top header that says PREPARE then move mouse across top until you see Variable Layer Height.  Slow printing down around the hole locations. That's the issue I am finding.
